Billing Policy - we charge on the 25th of each month for the following months service. If the account is activated after the 25th of the month the initial value will be the prorated portion + the next months service fees. If you wish to cancel your account you will need to do so prior to the 25th of the month to avoid paying for the next months charges. We do not prorate cancelled accounts.

How the Process Works: Before you begin the sign up process you must read and agree to our Term of Service ,   Next you need to determine the primary local access phone number you will be using " write this number down"  (Read about selecting your access number and network ) For the full Local Access Phone Number List or use the  Quick Access Number Lookup Box.  Then you need to complete our Secure Order Form submit it online, after we receive your order, we will begin processing it. Within minutes, you will get an order confirmation  Soon after that (depending on the number of orders being processed) you will receive a Welcome Email confirming that your account is setup (Note:If you do not currently have an e-mail account you will need to set one up before you submit your order, you can do this by signing up for a Free Email! account so we have a place to send your welcome e-mail with your account information. Then you will be ready to configure your dial-up connection using Windows 95/98/2000. Your account will be billed as soon as your account is set up.   If the account is activated after the 25th of the month the initial credit card charge value will be the prorated portion + the next months service fees.  We make monthly charges on our about the 26th of the month for the next calendar month. Even though there is no dialer for MAC users, they can use our Internet Service, too!  For help setting up your computer for our service see our ISP Help section, and the information contained in your Welcome e-mail.
